Our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate-facing website are designed and developed with accessibility in mind. Regular Internal TestingOur accessibility lead conducts bimonthly internal testing of our ATS and candidate side using multiple types of screen readers, including JAWS, NVDA, and Narrator. Additionally, we test with speech recognition software and various Windows accessibility features such as Magnifier and Reader Mode. Every front end developer has access to this.  We use tools such as code linting and the axe tools page scanner to pick up issues during the development process.
