NEWClearer field order when adding vacancy participantsWhen adding a participant to a vacancy, you need to choose a user and a category. We’ve swapped the display order of the these fields to provide a more logical and user-friendly layout. With this change, you’ll choose a category then see a filtered list of users that match. Improved control of process flow rulesFor advanced self-configuration users, there’s now additional customisation for your process flows. You can now define what will happen if a rule’s action fails. You’d be able to see this in the application’s history.You can choose whether to stop processing any more rules (which is how it works by default now, and will continue to be the default option) or to continue processing the rest of the rules. WHAT IS A CHANNEL?Some customers, such as RPOs, have multiple Oleeo systems. These systems can be grouped together to form a channel.Channel Users only need a single login for their channel. After logging in, they are taken to a System List, where they can select which system within the channel they want to access. They do not need separate accounts for each system.Oleeo personnel may also have access to a channel that provides entry to all Oleeo systems. STEPS TO ADD A SYSTEM TO YOUR SYSTEM LISTA system will only be added to your System List automatically if you personally created it. Otherwise, you need to add it manually to your account.To do this: Log in to your channel account using the link that Oleeo has shared with you for your channel. At the top of the left-hand menu, click your name, then select Manage Systems. In the Available Values panel, you will see all of the systems in your channel.
