If you do want to set this value, you’ll be able to choose it after the axis is added. v3.397 Release Notes 11th June 2025

NEW Add default table URLs for recruiters and candidatesPreviously, we made it easier to create Table Layouts by adding a default double click URL that was appropriate for the type of layout being created. We’ve extended this so that when you’re creating Table Layouts for candidate or recruiter users, you’ll also get the matching URL added by default. Making it clearer to add custom errors for mandatory fieldsWhen editing the settings of a Form Item from the Form Editor, we’ve made some changes to improve the clarity of one of the fields. The custom error message field is where you can set what’s shown to the user when a mandatory field is not completed. As a result, we’ve move it directly under the Mandatory option and made it visible only when that box is checked. Accessibility improvementsWhen adding search criteria using the advanced search, we now show the name of the field for which you’re selecting the criteria. This makes is extra visible what you are doing on this page, which is very useful if you’re distracted by other things. It improves accessibility and reduces the cognitive load. We’ll also change the confirmation pop-ups to be more accessible. When you hover over the “x” to close the notification, it’ll become larger. FIXES Include ‘noindex’ tag on direct links for invalid vacanciesRecently, we made a change to include the ‘noindex’ tag for vacancies that weren’t valid (e.g. passed the closing date). In this release, we’ll include this for direct apply links which are used when posting to external job boards. Replace interview URLs with clickable links when exporting as PDFWhen downloading an interview schedule, the interview URL will be replaced with a clickable link. This makes it easier to access and stops the meeting URL from overrunning onto other parts of the document.  These changes were released on 11th June 2025 in version 3.397💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. Similar to when you edit the Form Section from the Form itself, this will give information on which Forms are using the Section. This makes it clearer what the changes you are making will affect and gives a more consistent user experience. Using One Shot Forms to trigger status updatesWe’ve introduced functionality to expand the options when building a process flow. With this update, submitting a One Shot Form is able to trigger an update to the status.    NEW Ability to select an application centre when moving or copying an application 💡Now, when you move or copy an application to another vacancy, you can choose which application centre to use. If you leave it blank, it’ll use the application centre from the original application. If you don’t use multiple application centres, you won’t see this option. FIXES Only show the Input Layout setting where relevantWhen adding a Form Item to a Form, you can use the Input Layout setting to determine whether radio buttons or checkboxes appear horizontally or vertically. With this update, the Input Layout field setting now only appears if the Form Item is configured as a radio button or checkbox. This will make it clearer when this setting will have an effect. Confirmation when creating a job alert with no criteriaIt’s possible to save a job alert with no criteria. This will alert a candidate of all new jobs. While this can be useful, we like to make sure that’s what a candidate intends. This fix re-enables a pop-up that confirms their choice. Accessibility improvementsWe’ve fixed an issue where dropdown inputs were displaying incorrectly when select2 is switched off in a user’s preferences.Following on from our previous update to focus indicators, we’ve also fixed a few occasions where the indicator didn’t appear quite right. These changes were released on 14th May 2025 in version 3.395💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.394 Release Notes 1st May 2025

NEW Improvements to stats reports 💡We’ve made a few improvements to the stats reports functionality. The first is to show details of the last time a report was edited. You can now see the date the report was last changed and who made the change. The second change is to make it so that when a report is using the short code of a lookup list, the report will now respect the ordering defined by the lookup list. This means the report will reflect the same ordering used in forms. Easier Form editingWith this update, you can now change Form details from the Form Editor screen. On this screen, there’s a new gear icon. Clicking on this opens a pop-up from which you can edit the name and other settings. Improvement to Rollup Lists creationRollup Lists are a great way to group values in a Lookup List in a useful way. To make the most of them, they need to be added to Data Dictionaries. With this update, you can now add the Rollup List to the Data Dictionary when you create, rather than after. This makes the creation process speedier and clearer. Validation for status messagesAdding a candidate-facing description to your status helps to keep them informed on what to expect while in this status. However, it can be frustrating to set these up, only to realise there’s an error which prevents the text from showing correctly. In this release, we’ve introduced a validator so that you can check the syntax of your message before saving. This prevents those annoying times where you’ve forgotten to close a tag! Clearer names for downloaded forms 💡When using the Print button on a form to download to PDF, the file name was previously in the format “app_XX”. Following customer feedback, we’ve changed this so the name now includes the form name as well i.e. “app_XX - Form Name”. This makes it easier to distinguish the forms that you’re downloading. Thousands separator option for large numbers 💡You can now use datapaths to format numeric fields with a thousands separator. This is useful for displaying large numbers in a more readable way, for example salaries in offer letters. Accessibility improvementsWe’ve made several improvements to the accessibility of our platform. We’ve tagged the headings on the interview calendar so that they can be read for all screen readers. We’ve also made a fix to how heading 3 text is displayed in some scenarios so that it better meets contrast requirements. FIXES Ability to open file items from opportunity layout 💡When a file item is added to an opportunity layout, you can now click on the item to download it. This makes it much easier to see what’s in the document without having to open up the opportunity. These changes were released on 1st May 2025 in version 3.394💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.393 Release Notes 16th April 2025

NEW Improved the way search engines read inactive vacancies 💡We’ve made changes to how vacancies that aren’t active are tagged when search engines index job boards. With this update, vacancies that aren’t active (including closed or unposted) are now tagged with ‘noindex’, which means search engines are asked not to list these jobs in their search results. This provides a better brand image and less confusing candidate experience.Note that once the tag has been added, it will still take time for the search engine to remove the page from its search results. Accessibility improvementsIn the high contrast theme, we’ve make a change to the visuals when you select a row. When you select a row, there’s a high contrast border to make it clearer which rows are selected. We’ve also made changes to the focus indicators that are used when navigating through the system using a keyboard. As browser support has improved, we’ve now removed the need to configure whether a focus indicator shows when tabbing through the system. This is now enabled everywhere and the option to toggle has been removed from the accessibility options in the Preferences section of the user options. As part of this, we’ve also ensured that all browsers see the same focus indicator. This means that it’ll always be clear and contrasting, no matter which of our themes you’re using. Because of this, the focus indicator may look a little different to what you’re used to, depending on which browser you use.The focus indicator on the Last Name field FIXES Clearer feedback when you can’t be notified for saved searches 💡When you create a saved search, you have the option of being alerted when new items are added to the search results. For some search criteria, this isn’t possible. With this release, there’s now a clearer pop-up notification to let you know that you can’t get alerts on this search. Any other changes you make will be still be saved. These changes were released on 16th April 2025 in version 3.393💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.392 Release Notes 2nd April 2025

NEW Improved user experience for creating and editing Table LayoutsTable Layouts are a flexible and configurable way to display the many types of data stored in your system. We’ve made several changes to make it easier to create and edit them. When you’re creating a new Table Layout, it now opens on the Save Options tab. This allows you to input the title and choose the type of object (e.g. applications) first. This is more useful since you need these before you can save or start adding columns. It can be easy to forget to define what happens to a layout when a user double clicks. In this release, when you create a new opportunity or application Table Layout, the double click URL will be defaulted to open the opportunity/application. This is the most common usage so will save time in having to look up the correct URL and add in.We’ve also added helptext to the Purpose field, so it’s clearer what this field represents.  Clearer buttons for viewing application import outcomeWhen importing applications, you’re presented with links to see the applications that have been imported successfully and that have failed due to errors. We’ve made these clearer so that they’re easier to spot. Accessibility improvementsWhen editing an application form, there are buttons at the bottom of the form to move back and forth through the form. We’ve changed these so that they’re tagged as buttons. This means they’ll closer match the Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) success criteria of WCAG 2.1. FIXES Consistent view when editing form itemsWhen editing a form, we support the flexibility to customise the labels and items with datapaths, expressions and placeholders. Previously, when you edited the text inline (i.e. by double-clicking on the text, rather than going through the settings menu), it wasn’t always clear that the text was generated by one of these methods. With this release, we’ve fixed this so that these methods of customising the text will display the same when editing inline and through the settings menu. These changes were released on 2nd April 2025 in version 3.392💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.390 Release Notes 10th March 2025

NEW Video item indicators on table layoutsTable layouts are a great way to see application items in one place. With this update, users can display right on the layout whether a video item (for example, those used in On Demand Video Screening) has an associated video. This means users can track at a glance whether video questions have been answered. Alongside adding to table layouts, users can also use these as search criteria to filter applications where items do or don’t contain videos. Accessibility improvementsOn dashboards, there are dropdown menus that let you edit the tabs and add widgets. Users can now interact with all menu items via keyboard only, making them more accessible. FIXES Datapaths now remain in buttons after savingDatapaths can be used in button labels to make the candidate experience more personalised. There has been an issue where the datapaths would disappear from the button when the process was edited. With this fix, the datapath will remain visible. Full summary of errors is shown when a vacancy import failsWhen importing vacancies, if there are any errors, the user is given a breakdown of what went wrong. Previously, this didn't apply when all rows in the import failed. With this release, now the user will receive a breakdown of what went wrong even if they all fail, making it much easier to understand and address the issues. Manual letters to generate in the applicant's preferred languageWhere there are multiple languages in a system, letters can be configured for all supported languages. When a user manually creates a letter, this would have been created in the user's system language. This is now fixed so that it appears in the candidate's preferred language, so recruiters can be confident they are sending in the language the candidate would like used. These changes were released on 10th March 2025 in version 3.390💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change.  NEW Human readable DA & Expressions available in edit mode (ticket ref #40202)  Previously, the “Human Readable” feature only translated a Decision Action or Expression when in ‘View’ mode. We’ve made an update so that it also displays in ‘Edit’ mode. This will help configuration users when making amendments. Quick Search Improvements (ticket ref #41050)💡 We’ve improved how the quick search processes certain searches. If your search is only numeric, then the quick search will only search for IDs that are exact match (so things like Application IDs, Vacancy IDs, etc)If you include a tilda (~) before the number, then it will widen the search to how it previously worked.Feedback received from customers revealed that users that searched just for a number typically were entering in the exact match of the ID for the application or vacancy they wanted to find. Previously, this was only possible with ‘first_in’ which meant if it was common for the status to move backwards and forwards often, the calculations could be off for the purpose of the AGE() function. An example of a datapath using ‘last_in’ would be as follows:application.process_state_records.ps:<process_state_id>.last_inYou can then include the AGE() function to display how many days since that timestamp like this:AGE(application.process_state_records.ps:<process_state_id>.last_in, “DAYS”) Ability to set Linkedin Company ID on a vacancy by vacancy basis⚙️💡 We’ve made it possible for the Linkedin Posting integration to check a vacancy item for the ‘Linkedin Company ID’. Currently the Linkedin Company ID is set by Oleeo Job Board or by a system-wide config key.Making it possible to be set on a vacancy by vacancy basis will allow customers that have a large number of companies using the same system be able to more easily manage their Linkedin integration Alt text for layout listing icons When editing table layouts, it’s possible to replace lookup values with icons. We’ve now made it so if you do this and a user then hovers their mouse of the icon, the lookup value that the icon represents will now display. This will also help screen readers as well as improve the overall accessibility and useability of our product.   These changes were released on 07 August 2024 in version 3.376💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change.
