NEW Improved clarity for editing layoutsWe’ve made some simple changes to what happens when you edit a Table Layout which make it clearer what’s happening. When editing a layout, we’ve changed the wording of the “Save as new layout” button to make it more obvious that you’re being taken to the Save Options menu where you have more choices about how you save the layout. The Save Options menu has also been changed for public layouts, removing the options which aren’t possible for public layouts. We’ve also made the checkboxes easier to click. Improved clarity for moving process rulesRe-ordering process rules is an important step for making sure that they trigger in the correct order. In this release, we’ve made it clearer that rules can be moved and make it easier to do so.When you hover over a process rule, you’ll see a new option to “Move”. You can click and drag this to order the process rules in the status. Accessibility improvementsWe’ve made a couple of changes to improve usability for those interacting with Oleeo Recruit using screen readers. These are also centered around Table Layouts. When adding icons to a Table Layout, the options for showing just the icon or the icon with the value are now programmatically grouped so that screen reader users can understand their relative connection. When editing the list of fields in a Table Layout, the “Hidden” and “Delete” options are individually labelled for screen reader users so that they can correctly interpret their purpose.  FIXES Correctly translating dates in the candidate portalIn some circumstances, when a date is shown in the candidate portal, the language used for the dates wasn’t the same as the rest of the page. In this release, we’ve fixed this so that the language is always consistent and users can view the whole page in their chosen language.  These changes were released on 10th December 2025 in version 3.410💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change.    NEW Further improved control of process flow rulesIn release 3.405, we made improvements for advanced configurers to have more control when a process rule’s action fails. We’ve enhanced this so that that dropdown will be more appropriate to the context. If it doesn’t make sense for the action type to fail, you now won’t see this option when creating or editing process rules. In some cases, there’ll only be the option to stop. This is where we believe allowing actions to continue would be detrimental. Ability to make campaign hiring targets read only 💡⚙️For customers that take advantage of our campaigns feature, we have an improvement to the user permissions of hiring targets. You can now have users that have permission to view, but not edit, hiring targets. This will ensure that this data is accessible and editable by the right people. Accessibility improvementsWe’ve also made a change to our search criteria box so that its accessible label is placed more appropriately. These changes were released on 26th November 2025 in version 3.409💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change.    NEW Update to Role ProfilesWe’ve changed the description field to be optional for Role Profiles. Many customers don’t have additional information to add and so repeat the Role Profile name in this field, which makes it redundant. With this release, you won’t need to add a description if it’s not needed. When the user chooses a Role Profile with no description, they will only see the name. So, if there’s no need for descriptions, it makes a cleaner interface. Accessibility improvementsIn this release, we have another set of accessibility changes to ensure all users can interact with our platform. We’ve made changes to the buttons that appear at the top of Forms so that you can use the keyboard to navigate to any of these buttons. We’ve also made changes to the Interview Schedule screen so that when the Copy Day and Move Day buttons are focussed, the focus indicator is in line with our standard format for contrast. For users who have enabled buttons for adding search criteria and changing layouts, we’ve made a change to the labels used here. The label now says “Select Layout”, which provides a clearer link between the button and its purpose for screen reader users. On Table Layouts, when selecting the filtering options (Clear Filters and Show Column Filters), the focus now stays on this button. This prevents disorienting users who may be navigating via keyboard or using screen readers.FIXES Fixed missing error message when adding a new candidate 💡We’ll also fix a defect where users weren’t receiving an appropriate error message when they were entering invalid details to create a new candidate. Users will now see the error message so they understand what they need to amend. These changes were released on 6th August 2025 in version 3.401💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.394 Release Notes 1st May 2025

NEW Improvements to stats reports 💡We’ve made a few improvements to the stats reports functionality. The first is to show details of the last time a report was edited. You can now see the date the report was last changed and who made the change. The second change is to make it so that when a report is using the short code of a lookup list, the report will now respect the ordering defined by the lookup list. This means the report will reflect the same ordering used in forms. Easier Form editingWith this update, you can now change Form details from the Form Editor screen. On this screen, there’s a new gear icon. Clicking on this opens a pop-up from which you can edit the name and other settings. Improvement to Rollup Lists creationRollup Lists are a great way to group values in a Lookup List in a useful way. To make the most of them, they need to be added to Data Dictionaries. With this update, you can now add the Rollup List to the Data Dictionary when you create, rather than after. This makes the creation process speedier and clearer. Validation for status messagesAdding a candidate-facing description to your status helps to keep them informed on what to expect while in this status. However, it can be frustrating to set these up, only to realise there’s an error which prevents the text from showing correctly. In this release, we’ve introduced a validator so that you can check the syntax of your message before saving. This prevents those annoying times where you’ve forgotten to close a tag! Clearer names for downloaded forms 💡When using the Print button on a form to download to PDF, the file name was previously in the format “app_XX”. Following customer feedback, we’ve changed this so the name now includes the form name as well i.e. “app_XX - Form Name”. This makes it easier to distinguish the forms that you’re downloading. Thousands separator option for large numbers 💡You can now use datapaths to format numeric fields with a thousands separator. This is useful for displaying large numbers in a more readable way, for example salaries in offer letters. Accessibility improvementsWe’ve made several improvements to the accessibility of our platform. We’ve tagged the headings on the interview calendar so that they can be read for all screen readers. We’ve also made a fix to how heading 3 text is displayed in some scenarios so that it better meets contrast requirements. FIXES Ability to open file items from opportunity layout 💡When a file item is added to an opportunity layout, you can now click on the item to download it. This makes it much easier to see what’s in the document without having to open up the opportunity. These changes were released on 1st May 2025 in version 3.394💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.393 Release Notes 16th April 2025

NEW Improved the way search engines read inactive vacancies 💡We’ve made changes to how vacancies that aren’t active are tagged when search engines index job boards. With this update, vacancies that aren’t active (including closed or unposted) are now tagged with ‘noindex’, which means search engines are asked not to list these jobs in their search results. This provides a better brand image and less confusing candidate experience.Note that once the tag has been added, it will still take time for the search engine to remove the page from its search results. Accessibility improvementsIn the high contrast theme, we’ve make a change to the visuals when you select a row. When you select a row, there’s a high contrast border to make it clearer which rows are selected. We’ve also made changes to the focus indicators that are used when navigating through the system using a keyboard. As browser support has improved, we’ve now removed the need to configure whether a focus indicator shows when tabbing through the system. This is now enabled everywhere and the option to toggle has been removed from the accessibility options in the Preferences section of the user options. As part of this, we’ve also ensured that all browsers see the same focus indicator. This means that it’ll always be clear and contrasting, no matter which of our themes you’re using. Because of this, the focus indicator may look a little different to what you’re used to, depending on which browser you use.The focus indicator on the Last Name field FIXES Clearer feedback when you can’t be notified for saved searches 💡When you create a saved search, you have the option of being alerted when new items are added to the search results. For some search criteria, this isn’t possible. With this release, there’s now a clearer pop-up notification to let you know that you can’t get alerts on this search. Any other changes you make will be still be saved. These changes were released on 16th April 2025 in version 3.393💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. v3.392 Release Notes 2nd April 2025

NEW Improved user experience for creating and editing Table LayoutsTable Layouts are a flexible and configurable way to display the many types of data stored in your system. We’ve made several changes to make it easier to create and edit them. When you’re creating a new Table Layout, it now opens on the Save Options tab. This allows you to input the title and choose the type of object (e.g. applications) first. This is more useful since you need these before you can save or start adding columns. It can be easy to forget to define what happens to a layout when a user double clicks. In this release, when you create a new opportunity or application Table Layout, the double click URL will be defaulted to open the opportunity/application. This is the most common usage so will save time in having to look up the correct URL and add in.We’ve also added helptext to the Purpose field, so it’s clearer what this field represents.  Clearer buttons for viewing application import outcomeWhen importing applications, you’re presented with links to see the applications that have been imported successfully and that have failed due to errors. We’ve made these clearer so that they’re easier to spot. Accessibility improvementsWhen editing an application form, there are buttons at the bottom of the form to move back and forth through the form. We’ve changed these so that they’re tagged as buttons. This means they’ll closer match the Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) success criteria of WCAG 2.1. FIXES Consistent view when editing form itemsWhen editing a form, we support the flexibility to customise the labels and items with datapaths, expressions and placeholders. Previously, when you edited the text inline (i.e. by double-clicking on the text, rather than going through the settings menu), it wasn’t always clear that the text was generated by one of these methods. With this release, we’ve fixed this so that these methods of customising the text will display the same when editing inline and through the settings menu. These changes were released on 2nd April 2025 in version 3.392💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change.    NEW Including attachments in RSS feeds ⚙️Our RSS feeds provide a convenient way for third parties to retrieve data on the vacancies on a job board. With this update, the structured feed can be configured to include any attachments. For clients who attach job descriptions, competency frameworks, etc. to the job advert, this update means the RSS feed will provide a more complete view of the vacancy. Accessibility improvementsWe’ve improved the date picker widget to have better readability. We’ve added an underline for today’s date (in addition to the colour that was already there).          We’ve also made a change specifically for the high contrast version of the date picker in the interview functionality. Here, we’ve changed the colour to provide more contrast.   We’ve also made it easier for screen reader users to navigate candidate-facing job boards by tagging the job search results and filter sidebar. These changes were released on 19/03/2025 in version 3.391💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change.    NEW Video item indicators on table layoutsTable layouts are a great way to see application items in one place. With this update, users can display right on the layout whether a video item (for example, those used in On Demand Video Screening) has an associated video. This means users can track at a glance whether video questions have been answered. Alongside adding to table layouts, users can also use these as search criteria to filter applications where items do or don’t contain videos. Accessibility improvementsOn dashboards, there are dropdown menus that let you edit the tabs and add widgets. Users can now interact with all menu items via keyboard only, making them more accessible. FIXES Datapaths now remain in buttons after savingDatapaths can be used in button labels to make the candidate experience more personalised. There has been an issue where the datapaths would disappear from the button when the process was edited. With this fix, the datapath will remain visible. Full summary of errors is shown when a vacancy import failsWhen importing vacancies, if there are any errors, the user is given a breakdown of what went wrong. Previously, this didn't apply when all rows in the import failed. With this release, now the user will receive a breakdown of what went wrong even if they all fail, making it much easier to understand and address the issues. Manual letters to generate in the applicant's preferred languageWhere there are multiple languages in a system, letters can be configured for all supported languages. When a user manually creates a letter, this would have been created in the user's system language. This is now fixed so that it appears in the candidate's preferred language, so recruiters can be confident they are sending in the language the candidate would like used. These changes were released on 10th March 2025 in version 3.390💡 The lightbulb icon indicates the features was based on customer feedback ⚙️The gear icon indicates a configurable change. All new features and fixes will automatically appear in your system, unless they are marked as a configurable change. Since most lookup lists don’t require translation, this makes the page more clean and reduces confusion for newer users.
