Important Notice: TrustID Maintenance Scheduled for Saturday, June 7th

 

We want to let you know about some essential maintenance our partner, TrustID, will be carrying out this Saturday, June 7th, expected to last from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

If your organisation uses our TrustID integration for any checks, please be aware that their system will be temporarily unavailable during this time. This means you won't be able to initiate or complete any checks through our system, and neither your team nor your candidates will be able to access the TrustID platform during these hours.

We understand that any service interruption can be an inconvenience, and we apologise for any disruption this might cause if you rely on this service. TrustID has carefully chosen this timeframe based their historical usage data to keep the impact as low as possible for everyone.

If you anticipate this maintenance might cause an issue for your candidates, we recommend sending out an ad hoc email to candidates at the appropriate stage to let them know about the downtime. Your Customer Success Manager can help if you'd like some guidance with this.

This maintenance is a crucial step towards enhancing the resilience and scalability of the TrustID platform, which will ultimately result in a more reliable and efficient service for everyone.
