Indeed Apply is an upcoming integration between Oleeo and Indeed that aims to reduce candidate drop off rate by making the application experience smoother and easier. It also offers increased efficiency to recruiters, as it enables job adverts to be pulled from Oleeo and automatically posted to Indeed. 

 

With Indeed Apply, candidates will be able to apply for roles without having to leave Indeed. Once they have submitted their application on Indeed, a candidate profile will instantly be created in Oleeo. The candidate will then automatically receive an email with their log in details for the candidate portal - with no need for manual intervention from the recruiter.

Hi Carrie - thanks for your question! Yes - there is a range of reporting information available for the integration, including “adhoc_referer” for any applications that came via Indeed.

INDEED

Indeed are able to automatically add the ?adhoc_referrer URL token to all apply links that they get when they scrape jobs from an Oleeo job board. If you are using ?adhoc_referrer and you know that Indeed scrapes their jobs, then check that when you click on a job advert on indeed that the   

?adhoc_referrer URL token appears on the job advert page on Oleeo. If not, reach out to your Indeed contact to get this sorted.
