Adding time slots to events helps manage the flow of candidates efficiently, ensuring a smooth and organised experience. It can help you avoid over crowding and create a more personalised experience that allows for deeper engagement.
PROCESS
To use this feature, ‘interviews’ needs to be added to your system’s events process flow configuration.
On Oleeo’s best practice system you can:
- Automatically invite to select slot at the event: You can choose to automatically invite candidates to select a time slot for an event as soon as they register. The field on the event description form is called ‘Automatic Interview Invite?’. If you choose this option, ensure you create the time slots before publishing the event.
- Create post-event interviews: You can invite candidates who attended an event to a one-on-one interview after the event. This could potentially speed up the recruitment process when the candidate applies for a vacancy, allowing them to skip the initial interview stage.
