Talent Banks are pools of potential candidates stored within your Oleeo system. You can search Talent Banks and invite candidates to Opportunities or Events based on their preferences.
HOW WILL TALENT BANKS BENEFIT ME?
Talent Banks enhance your ability to organise potential candidates, allowing you to pool them into groups by job type or region. When you have a new opportunity, you can search your Talent Bank and invite suitable candidates to apply to your opportunity. This ready-made pool of candidates will help you to reduce agency spend, lower your reliance on external job boards, and reduce time to hire.
HOW WILL CANDIDATES JOIN MY TALENT BANK?
Candidates can join your Talent Bank in three ways:
- You can post the Talent Bank to the Application Centre, allowing candidates to register their interest and select their role preferences.
- You can copy applications from your Events and Opportunities into the Talent Bank. This is often used with ‘Silver Medallist’ candidates that performed well but were not hired for the Opportunity.
- You can manually add a candidate by entering their details directly to the Talent Bank.
HOW CAN THE DATA FOR MY CANDIDATES BE KEPT UP TO DATE?
Your system can be configured so that candidates can update their details and preferences at any time after registering to the Talent Bank. They can also unsubscribe at any time.
Each Talent Bank can be set up to send candidates a reminder to reconfirm their enrolment after a set time frame has passed. This time frame is customisable and will need to be specified within the system. For example, you may want candidates in a Talent Bank to be sent a reminder every 6 months to reconfirm their enrolment and review to confirm that their data is current.
Inactive candidates that do not respond to the reminder within two days will be automatically withdrawn from the Talent Bank.

HOW MANY TALENT BANKS CAN I HAVE?
There is no limit to the number of Talent Banks you can create. To help you organise your applications, you may find it beneficial to create a Talent Bank for each region or role type. You could then copy ‘Silver Medallist’ applications into the appropriate Talent Bank.
Alternatively, you may choose to create a single Talent Bank that you publish to your Application Centre, and then you can search the Talent Bank for candidates with particular preferences.
