The Talent Engagement module, known on some systems as CMS, empowers you to craft and share targeted content, fostering candidate engagement within the Application Centre.
You can create pages that contain compelling business-related content and link them to adverts. The adverts can then be published on your job boards, job descriptions and candidate communication centre pages.

WHAT IS A PAGE?
Pages allow you to create custom content that is accessible to candidates via a unique URL within the Application Centre. Pages give the flexibility to provide candidates with additional insight into your company, showcase why you are a great place to work or even offer helpful tips to assist them through the process of applying for the opportunities you have available.
Once you have created a page you can link it to an advert and publish it to the Application Centre.
WHAT IS AN ADVERT?
Use adverts to publish your pages to the Application Centre. Adverts can be set up to click-through to pages you have created within the ATS or to any webpage URL. You can edit visibility settings for your advert and mark important adverts as ‘high priority’ to be displayed more frequently.
Displayed adverts are shuffled so that candidates may see different articles each time they visit the Application Centre. This helps to keep candidates engaged with fresh content.
EXAMPLES OF HOW CUSTOMERS HAVE USED TALENT ENGAGEMENT
Showcasing great candidate feedback
On most systems, candidates have the opportunity to share feedback after submitting their applications, and we know you receive plenty of positive responses!
One creative way a customer highlighted this feedback was through the Talent Engagement tool. They curated 10 impactful quotes from candidates and crafted individual adverts for each quote, selecting the 'Small' size for the adverts. The quotes were entered into the 'Text' field, and the 'Link to (URL)' field was left blank to display the quotes without linking to another page. Visibility settings were configured to showcase the quotes on 'Job & Event Description Pages'. Given the 'Small' size, three random quotes rotated each time a candidate visited these pages.
