WHAT IS GOOGLE MAPS?

The Oleeo ATS integrates with Google Maps to offer advanced searches based on locations for both candidates and recruiters.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Candidates can easily search by postcode/zip code to see which recruiting events are taking place closest to them. They can use the same feature to view job openings in an office within a set radius from their current address.

Recruiters can examine talent pools and run advanced searches to only show candidates who reside within a set proximity to the office location for any position or as a criteria for automated ordering.

Recruiters can also target candidates directly based on their whereabouts, and then strategically advertise jobs to appropriate candidates by using tools such as the Talent Engage.

This is a more effective way of driving traction to your location based openings because the candidates are guaranteed to be based within a reasonable distance of your business. It’s also a great way of keeping speculative applicants updated with your latest vacancies and information.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To enable this service on your website, you will need to purchase a Premium Google Maps API, which will work across Android, iOS, web browsers and via HTTP web services.

This will provide you with:
• Licenses for internal, OEM, and asset tracking implementations
• Annual contracts with enterprise terms
• 24 hour technical support
• Service level agreement (SLA)
• Guaranteed ad-free and enhanced API features

Oleeo can then take the API code provided by Google and add it to your website in a suitable location.
