STEPS TO CREATE A CAMPAIGN
To create a new campaign follow these steps:
- From the left-hand menu, click on the CRM menu button.
- Click the Create New button on the CRM Campaigns page.
- The Create Campaign tool will pop-up. Enter the 'Campaign Name' and provide a 'Campaign Description' if required.
- Click the Create button.
- You will be taken into your Campaign’s Summary page. This gives you useful statistics so you can see at a glance the success of your campaign.
