Creating agency contract groups

OVERVIEW


Once you have created your agency contracts, you can streamline your workflow by creating groups of agency contracts. This allows you to post opportunities to multiple agencies simultaneously, saving time and effort.

For example, you can create a group for all agency contracts that recruit in a specific location or for those that specialise in a particular type of role.

 

STEPS TO CREATE A CONTRACT GROUP


  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Agencies Contract Groups.
  2. In the Contract Groups toolbar, click the New Group button.
  3. Complete the ‘Create Group’ form:
    • Title (mandatory) - When posting, the title will appear in the list of ‘Destinations’ alongside the individual agency contracts. We recommend including “Group” in the title.
    • Contracts (mandatory) - Select the contracts to include in the group from the multi-select list.
    • Description (non-mandatory) - Any description you enter will be displayed when you view the list of contract groups.
  4. Click Save.

 

Hold [CTRL] to select multiple contracts: Click into the contracts input field to open the full list of contracts. If the list is long, you can type a keyword (e.g., 'Leeds') to filter the results. To select multiple contracts at once, hold the [CTRL] key on your keyboard and single-click on each contract you want to add to the group.
