• Initial Configuration & Data Ingestion: Oleeo integrates VacancyIQ with your system to securely ingest your past successful vacancies, which forms the foundation for the AI’s learning.
• AI Model Optimisation: The AI model (using technology like GPT-4o) is fine-tuned specifically on your company’s data to ensure every response aligns with your brand voice and preferred vocabulary.
• Contextual Accuracy: Using a process called Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), the tool ensures all generated content is grounded in your historical data, resulting in precise and contextually rich descriptions.

VacancyIQ will be available directly on your vacancy creation page, ready to support you through the vacancy creation process. You can ask the tool to create brand new content or ask it to enhance your current content.

Simply tell the tool certain information about your vacancy / requisition, like Job Title,

and Job Summary. The tool will start to generate your content doing all the heavy lifting. VacancyIQ is trained on your vacancy database & website links. You can choose to train it specifically to different job areas, departments or types for even more targeted relevant content:
