WHAT IS TWO WAY SMS/TEXTING?

Texting is the primary form of immediate communication. In order for your recruiters to be able to communicate with candidates fast and reduce any delays, Oleeo offers Two-Way Texting.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

  • Communicate directly with your candidates, either individually from their application summary page or in bulk.
  • Your recruiters can now send text messages directly to candidates easily, either individually or in bulk. The technology can help you nurture & engage candidates with ease, for example:
  • Let them know they seem like a great fit for the role they have applied to
  • Check in to see if they need any more information about the position
  • Get answers to any questions you have about their applications Real time responses

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Two-Way Texting enables recruiters to communicate with candidates via text messaging from within the ATS. Texts can be sent and received. The conversation appears on the Application Summary Page.

Any user with access to the candidate’s application can see the conversation.
Text bundles and pricing are arranged via Twilio.

  • Not only will candidates receive your messages straight to their mobile devices, they can also respond!
  • Candidate responses are recorded in real time, allowing you to have a quick conversation whenever you would like.
  • Visibility of all communications: The new communication widget displays all correspondences, including emails, allowing you to see the entire history of a candidate's interaction with your business.
  • Keep candidates engaged: Interact with job seekers at any stage in your recruitment process.

CONSIDERATIONS

  • Budget will vary depending on volume of texts.
  • Anonymity cannot be guaranteed in name redacted statuses.
  • Prior to raising a Change Request consider:
    • Will messages be automated and auto sent at various parts of the recruitment process? If so, at what stages of the process flow?
    • Which users will be able to send SMS messages ad hoc? If so, which profiles and at what stage of the process?
    • How many SMS templates would likely be needed?
