HOW DOES IT WORK?

The integration uses TrustID's Identity Document Validation Technology (IDVT) to verify documents and liveness directly within your recruitment workflow.

1. At the relevant stage in the application process, the candidate clicks the link in the application centre to access the checks. 
2. On the TrustID platform, the candidate uses their smartphone to capture high-quality images of their required documents along with a biometric selfie.
3. TrustID’s technology instantly analyses the documents for authenticity and performs a liveness check to ensure they match the applicant.
4. A comprehensive verification report is automatically returned to the applicant record in Oleeo Recruit, maintaining a robust audit trail.

CONSIDERATIONS 

• The TrustID service supports candidates of all nationalities (including Irish, UK, EU, EEA, Switzerland, Ukraine and the rest of the world) in proving their right to work in Ireland.
• Please note that an equivalent Irish criminal record check (Garda Vetting) service via TrustID is not available through this integration at this time.
