WHAT DOES IT DO?
- Allows users of the system to send AND receive Emails to AND from candidates.
- Incoming Emails will be available to review in a new Recruiter Inbox dashboard widget and you will also be able to check the Communication Panel in the Candidate/Application Summary page.
- Users can send Emails to candidates using any of the standard methods, (Automatically, via the List Applications/Candidates Page, via the Applicant/Candidate Summary Page Communication Menu or via the Communication Panel).
RECRUITER INBOX
The Recruiter Inbox will allow users to quickly check if they have new messages and review the content.

- It allows users to quickly check if they have new inbound messages from candidates and review the content.
- Easily accessible from your Dashboard, it allows you to quickly review your message list and prioritise which candidates you want to respond to first.
- The dedicated 2 Way Communications Recruiter Inbox Widget has all the essential information you need (including Email Subject, the first line of the message, whether it has been ‘marked as read’, the time and date the message was received and the opportunity title).

Use the twisty from the Inbox to review the full message content.

Sort the content by clicking on any of the column headings.

Or double click on a row to take the you to the Application Summary of that application, where users can respond to the candidate, continuing the 2 way communication thread.
COMMUNICATION PANEL
The Communication Panel will show all 2 Way communications.

- You can easily see which Emails have been sent from the system to the candidate.
- And which Emails have been sent from the Candidate in response.
- This builds a full communication and thread history. Helping you quickly understand the current situation and next steps.
- Mark Emails as Read when you are ready, so you can manage your workload effectively.
COMMUNICATION PANEL EMAIL TOOL
Communicate with candidates directly via the Communication Panel.

- Once you have read the inbound message, if you would like to respond to the candidate, you can do this directly from the Communication Panel.
- Scroll down to the simple Email tool to create a message from scratch, filling in all the necessary fields, or use any of your pre-built templates, that have been configured to be reply enabled, for speed and to ensure consistency of message.

- Any messages you send will also automatically be displayed in the Communication Panel message thread.
HISTORY TAB
Users will still be able to see all communications in the History Tab.

- Use the History Tab for a convenient view of the timeline of all communications.
- Use the filters to target specific history entry types, like Emails or Inbound Emails.
- The History Tab will give you a full view of not just your Emails but how they fit chronologically with all the other application ‘updates’.
CONSIDERATIONS
You just need to know which Email templates you want as reply enabled and which ones you don’t!
