Improved granularity of vacancy create permissions ⚙️
With this release, you now have more specific control over user permissions to create vacancies, events and Talent Banks. You can now determine whether users profiles have the ability to create these from scratch, from a template or from an existing one - or any combination of these options!
Your existing permissions won’t have changed in this release but it allows future customisation.
Accessibility improvements
We’ve made a number of enhancements to ensure that the platform is accessible for screen reader users and gives users the confidence and clarity to interact.
We’ve improved labelling when choosing a file to upload to email correspondence so that it’s clear what this button does.
We’ve also created a stronger link between translation buttons used in vacancy creation and their respective fields, which makes it clearer to users what the button will affect.
FIXES
Prevent autopopulation of visibility rules when editing a process
We’ve corrected a process flow issue where visibility rules from process rule that you’ve just edited would carry over into a newly-created rule, which could inadvertently apply incorrect logic if not manually checked.
These changes were released on 17th November 2025 in version 3.408
