We want to say a big thank you to everyone who joined our recent AI focus groups, and shared their thoughts on the future of AI and recruitment at our Success Summit. From both events we gathered a wealth of insight that is going to be instrumental in shaping Oleeo.
At each session - we asked you to share discuss six topics relating to AI and recruitment. We’ve been collating the output, and three areas have emerged as the most highly requested:
- Job descriptions and adverts
- Screening CVs and job applications more effectively
- Transcribing and summarising interviews
So we can dive even deeper into these topics, and learn more about what specifically you’d like to see in Oleeo - we’ve set up a new dedicated community group. In it we’ll be sharing conversation prompts, polls and engaging with your questions - join the group now to be be part of the conversation.
