By providing instant access via email or SMS, you’ll slash candidate drop-off and skyrocket application completion rates, delivering a modern, mobile-friendly experience without compromising your organisation's high security standards.
How it works
The process is straightforward and mobile-friendly:

Request: On the login page, the candidate enters their registered email address and selects the option to log in with a one-time link.

Receive: Oleeo Recruit generates a unique authentication link and sends it via your chosen method: email or SMS.

Authenticate: The candidate clicks the link in the message, which takes them to a "Login Now" button in the application centre.

Access: Upon clicking the button, the candidate is immediately authenticated and can manage their profile as normal.
To protect your system from phishing, the link is for one-time use only and will expire after a configurable duration.
