Not all stakeholders need the same level of detail. While the Recruiting Operations team requires the full transcript for compliance, a busy C-Level executive may only need the highlights. Once a transcript enters the system, our advanced AI summariser processes the conversation to deliver up to four distinct variations:

Short Summary: A concise "elevator pitch" of the candidate's conversation.

Medium Summary: A detailed overview of key topics discussed and sentiments shared.

Long Summary: An in-depth analysis detailing specific technical answers and cultural fit.

Q&A Summary: A structured breakdown of the interviewer's questions and the candidate’s specific responses.

(Note: We recommend enabling two of these for standard use, but we can easily accommodate three or all four depending on your organisational needs).

Seamless Microsoft Teams Integration: Utilise your standard MS Teams integration alongside Oleeo’s scheduling. The system automatically generates meeting invites that include the AI bot, which records the full transcript with speaker attribution and saves it directly to the application.

Multi-Platform Video Compatibility: Prefer Zoom, Google Meet, or Webex? Create your schedule within Oleeo and paste your unique meeting URL into the interview slot. When the interview starts, the AI bot will automatically request to join the meeting to record.

Ad-Hoc Interviews: When hiring moves fast, generate an interview slot on the fly. Auto-generate a Teams link, drop in a URL from another video platform, or coordinate entirely offline and upload the transcript later.

Face-to-Face Laptop Recording: Transform your laptop into a smart recording hub for in-person interviews. Record audio directly via a video item within an Oleeo form against the candidate's application to automatically generate a transcript and trigger the AI summariser. (Pro-tip: We highly recommend using a decent quality USB microphone in the room for the best audio fidelity).

Upload a Transcript from any tool: Already have an interview transcription tool that you love? If so, you can copy/paste or upload that transcript into the system and allow our dedicated AI summarisation to take over and create the summaries that work best for you.
