PRECOURSE MATERIAL

E-learning - 1 hr

• Introduction to the topics that will be covered in Level 2

SESSION 1 

Live session - 1.5 hrs

• Add Visibility Rules to forms so that labels, items, sections or pages only appear if specific criteria are met
• Map lookups together in forms so that the options available in a list are dependent on the value selected in another list

Homework - 1 hrs

• Task to create a form that contains Visibility Rules and Map Configuration

SESSION 2 

Live session - 1.5 hrs

• Review homework
• Creating If Expressions that can be added to emails, status messages and forms
• Add Datapaths to forms, emails and status messages so that relevant content is merged in
• Create Table Layouts that are available to all users
• Create Configuration Saved Searches that can be used on user Profiles or default Homepages

Homework - 1 hrs

• Add an introductory page to your Candidate Application form that contains Datapaths
• Create a Table Layout that can be used when viewing a list of applications

SESSION 3 

Live session - 1.5 hrs

• Review homework
• Define what users can do and see by adjusting existing User Profiles or creating new User Profiles
• Create default Homepages and assign them to Profiles

Homework - 1 hr

• Create a new Profile
• Create a default homepage for the new Profile

SESSION 4

Live session - 1.5 hrs

• Review homework
• Dedicate the session to real examples of changes you need to make on the system that can be done using Level 2 Config

Assessment and certification - 1 hr

• Online multiple-choice assessment
• The certificate is presented once the assessment has been passed
