PRECOURSE MATERIAL
E-learning - 1 hr
- Introduction to the topics that will be covered in Level 2
SESSION 1 - VISIBILITY RULES
Transform static forms into dynamic user journeys by mastering conditional visibility.
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Dynamic field visibility: Configure real-time rules that show or hide specific fields based on the user's previous responses to ensure a streamlined and relevant application experience.
- Cross-record conditional logic: Learn to use vacancy-level data to determine the visibility of fields, sections or entire form pages, ensuring candidates only see content specifically required for the role they are applying for.
Homework - 1 hrs
- Task: Configure a Candidate Application form featuring a conditional page triggered by specific vacancy data, alongside field-level visibility rules that dynamically show or hide questions based on a candidate’s real-time responses.
SESSION 2 - LOGICAL MAPPING & DATA FLOW
Build dependencies between lookup lists and master the movement of data across the system.
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Creating new Map Configurations: Define logical relationships between lookup lists to ensure users select accurate values through dynamic filtering—learning how to build these multi-level dependencies and successfully apply them to your forms.
- Datapaths in Forms: Learn bring together key information from a candidate’s profile, their application and their associated vacancy into a single view, providing all the context needed for any stage—from screening and interviews to offer management.
- If Expressions: Learn to build logic for emails, letters, and SMS that automatically displays tailored text when specific conditions are met.
Homework - 1 hrs
- Task: Apply a Map Configuration to your Candidate Application form to ensure dropdown options are dynamically filtered based on a user’s previous selection.
- Task: Create an introductory page for your Candidate Application form that uses Datapaths to automatically pull in and display relevant details from the associated vacancy.
SESSION 3 - USER PROFILE
Define the boundaries of your system by mastering user access levels
Live session - 1.5 hrs
-
Config Saved Searches: Build powerful backend searches to identify specific records—such as applications or vacancies—that serve as the essential logical foundation for user profiles and dashboards.
-
User Profiles: Take full control of system security by creating and managing bespoke Profiles that define exactly what different user groups can see and do within the platform.
Homework - 1 hr
- Task: Create a new Profile that gives Level 1 Config access.
SESSION 4 - TABLE LAYOUTS AND HOMEPAGES
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Table Layouts: Design and manage public list views that organise data into scannable columns, enabling users to easily compare records and track key metrics.
- Default homepages: Build and assign role-specific Homepages to User Profiles, creating tailored dashboards that streamline workflows by putting essential tools and information front and center.
Homework, assessment and certification - 1.5 hr
- Task: Create a Table Layout that can be used when viewing a list of applications to calculate Time to Hire.
- Task: Create a default homepage for the Profile you created.
- Competency validation: Complete an online multiple-choice assessment designed to demonstrate your proficiency in Oleeo Level 2 Configuration.
- Official Accreditation: Upon passing the assessment, you will be awarded the Oleeo Academy Self-Configuration Level 2 Certificate
