• Config Push Lock process
• Amending email templates
• Creating/amending placeholders
• Amending application centre status messages
• Changing any text anywhere on the system using System Labels and Text tool

Homework - 0.5 hrs

• Task to adjust email, status message and system text
• Create a Placeholder

SESSION 2 

Live session - 2 hrs

• Review homework
• Creating/amending Lookup Lists (dropdown lists) for Forms Items
• Creating Form Items (fields) and adding them to forms
• Creating Form Sections and adding them to forms
• Creating a new Form

Homework - 0.5 hrs

• Create basic form

SESSION 3 

Live session - 2 hrs

• Review homework
• Review all form Purposes (types)
• Updating Lookup Lists from a spreadsheet import
• Advanced Form Item settings
• Form Field Settings (e.g. appearance of field, validation etc.)
• Multi-instance Sections
• Update existing Config Maps
• Exporting forms into a spreadsheet using Config Report

Homework - 0.5 hr

• Create an Onboarding form that contains a multi-instance section

SESSION 4

Live session - 2 hrs

• Review homework
• Dedicate the session to real examples of changes you need to make on the system that can be done using Level 1 Config

Assessment and certification - 1 hr

• Online multiple-choice assessment
• The certificate is presented once the assessment has been passed
