This guide explains how to log in to the Application Tracking System (ATS) using a username and password. If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), please contact a super user for instructions.

 

 

BROWSER REQUIREMENTS


Oleeo's system is a web-based application accessible from all modern browsers. No downloads are necessary to use the system.

 

LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME


  1. Super user creates an account:
    • A super user within your organisation will create an account for you.
    • You will receive a system-generated email containing your username and a link to create a password for the system.
    • If you have been asked to test the system prior to go live, the link may take you to the Configuration Environment.
  2. Creating your password:
    • Click on the link provided in the email.
    • You will be prompted to select a new password and confirm it.
    • The text at the top of the page will provide guidance on the password requirements.
  3. Bookmarking the login page:
    • After setting your password, you will be redirected to the login page. It's a good practice to bookmark this page in your browser for quick access.
  4. Logging in:
    • Enter your new password and click the login button. You will then be directed to the dashboard for your profile.
    • If you have been given access to more than one Profile, you will be asked to select the Profile that you would like to access.
    • You can switch to another Profile at any time.

 

SUBSEQUENT LOGINS


  1. Return to your bookmarked link.
  2. Enter your Username.
    • If you've forgotten your username, it can be found in the original email you received containing the password reset link.
  3. Enter your password.
    • Remember, the password is case-sensitive.
  4. In the CAPTCHA box, select the checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot.
    • You may also be asked to complete an image verification by clicking on certain images.
  5. Click the Login button.

Use the same account for Config and Live:

  • If you have been given access to Configuration and Live, you can use the same username and password to login to both environments.

 

RECOVERING YOUR LOGIN DETAILS


Recovering your password:

  1. Click the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. In the CAPTCHA box, select the checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot.
    • You may also be asked to complete an image verification by clicking on certain images.
  4. Click Reset.
  5. If a valid username is entered, you will receive an email with a password reset link.
  6. When setting a new password, you cannot reuse any of your recent passwords.

Recovering your username:

  • Check the original email login instructions you received.

Troubleshooting - What to do when you don't receive the password reset email:

  • Emails are typically sent quickly from our fast email queue, but there may be delays during high email traffic or if it's quarantined on your end.
  • Check your email's junk folder.
  • Ensure that you've entered a valid username as per the original login instructions you received.
  • If you are still unable to login, ask a super user to reset your password for you.
