PROFILES OVERVIEW
If you have access to multiple profiles, you can quickly switch profiles from the 'Account Settings' page.
Profiles define what a user can do and see on the system. Common examples of profiles are 'Recruiter', 'Hiring Manager', and 'Screener'.
STEPS TO SWITCH PROFILE
- Click on your name at the top of the left-hand menu.
- A pop-up modal will open. On the 'My Profile' page, locate the Recruiter Profile field. All the profiles that you have access to will be listed in this dropdown.
- Select the profile you would like to switch to.
- Click the Save button.
Sys Admins should have access to all Profiles:
- If you are a System Administrator, it’s a good idea to add every Profile to your account so that you can easily switch between and test each Profile.
