COURSE OVERVIEW  

Master the engine of your system. This Level 3 course is the final and most advanced stage of our Self-Configuration track, moving beyond form logic into the architecture of your recruitment journeys.

Delivered over four sessions, this program focuses on building and managing the underlying process flows for applications and opportunities. You will learn how to connect the forms and emails you’ve mastered in previous levels into a seamless, automated workflow. We use clear, illustrative examples to help you master these high-level configurations safely and effectively.

What we’ll cover:

• Workflow Architecture: How to create entirely new process flows for different recruitment needs.

• Process Mapping: Adding and ordering new statuses, emails, and forms within a live journey.

• Decision Logic: Adding and adjusting Decision Actions to automate how candidates move through your process.

• Advanced Automation: Configuring and adjusting Autoscores to streamline candidate screening and selection.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

We provide a high-level path to mastery via our Learning Management System (LMS):

• Pre-course Material: The concepts are introduced prior to live sessions.

• Practical Exercises: Complex workflow tasks with personalised trainer feedback.

• Final Assessment: A comprehensive multiple-choice exam to validate your expert status.

• Certification: A formal Level 3 "Expert" certificate is awarded upon successful completion.

Note: Exercises and assessments must be completed within 2 weeks of the final session.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

This course is for Oleeo System Administrators who are fully proficient in Level 1 (Basic Forms) and Level 2 (User Access & Form Logic) and are now ready to manage end-to-end recruitment workflows.
