SESSION 1 - FOUNDATIONS OF WORKFLOW DESIGN
In this session we will create a basic process flow that includes statuses, forms and emails.
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Create new process flow: Learn to build a process by linking statuses, data-capture forms and automated email triggers.
Homework - 1 hrs
- Task: Add 2nd round interview statuses to your process flow.
SESSION 2 - INTERVIEW SCHEDULING & RULE LOGIC
In this session we enhance the process flow by adding interview scheduling and visibility rules.
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Add interview scheduling: Learn to add automated booking tool to manage candidate self-scheduling, manual slot assignment, and automated communications for interviews or any time-based appointment.
- Add Visibility Rules/Trigger Rules: Use of logic-based syntax to control if specific recruiter buttons are shown or actions are triggered.
Homework - 0.5 hr
- Task: Hide the interview feedback form once it has been completed using a Visibility Rule.
SESSION 3 - DECISION ACTIONS
Master the sophisticated tool used to drive automate application and opportunity progression through your process flow.
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Decision Actions: Configure intelligent logic to automatically move candidate records to the appropriate status based on specific criteria, such as evaluation scores, form responses, or vacancy types.
Homework - 0.5 hr
- Task: Add an additional question to the eligibility check Decision Action.
SESSION 4 - AUTO SCORING
Live session - 1.5 hrs
- Auto Scoring: Add Auto Scores to automatically calculate and save a value against an Item.
Assessment and certification - 1.5 hr
- Task: Add Autoscore to process flow to flag candidates that have been rejected after interview
- Competency validation: Complete an online multiple-choice assessment designed to demonstrate your proficiency in Oleeo Level 3 Configuration.
- Official Accreditation: Upon passing the assessment, you will be awarded the Oleeo Academy Self-Configuration Level 3 Certificate
