COURSE OVERVIEW  

There are 3 levels of Self-Configuration training - the levels get progressively more advanced.

The Self-Configuration Level 2 course covers advanced changes to forms such as Visibility Rules and Map Configuration. It also covers the configuration of Table Layouts, User Profiles and Default Homepages.

This course is delivered online using Microsoft Teams.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?  

Oleeo system administrators who are proficient in Self-Configuration Level 1.

If you are not sure of your level of proficiency, you can take our assessments.

Delegates must be able to access Microsoft Teams.

By the end of this session delegates will be able to:  

• Add Visibility Rules to forms so that labels, items, sections or pages only appear if specific criteria is met
• Map lookups together in forms so that the options available in a list are dependant on the value selected in another list
• Add Datapaths to forms, emails and status messages so that  relevant content is merged in 
• Create Table Layouts that are available to all users
• Create Configuration Saved Searches that can be used on User Profiles or default Homepages
• Define what users can do and see by adjusting existing User Profiles or creating new User Profiles
• Create default Homepages and assign them to Profiles

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

We use our Learning Management System to provide delegates with pre-course material, post-session exercises and a multiple-choice assessment.

All exercises are reviewed by the trainer and feedback is given. Once a delegate has successfully completed the exercises, they will be given the opportunity to complete the online multiple-choice assessment. Delegates will be presented with a certificate once they have successfully completed the assessment. 

The exercises and assessment must be completed within 2 weeks of the last live training session.

All delegates who are unsuccessful with the assessment will be given further support and the opportunity to take a resit.
