Challenges faced by Recruiters
In this world where AI can write CV’s, cover letters and even provide an AI assistant live to help them answer questions in an interview. How can you be sure that the candidate is really suitable for the job you are advertising? In a recent survey of Senior Recruitment leaders we found:
- 60% of recruiters noticed AI generated content in their candidate applications
- 25% of applications appeared to be entirely AI generated
Do candidates who are using AI have an unfair advantage? Or do you, who are screening and using AI to sift through all the applicants have the advantage. The same survey found:
- 50% of Candidates felt pressured to use AI to remain competitive
- 65% felt that using AI helped them to present themselves more professionally

- Creating scenario based more robust interview questions
