WHAT IS A CHANNEL?
Some customers, such as RPOs, have multiple Oleeo systems. These systems can be grouped together to form a channel.
Channel Users only need a single login for their channel. After logging in, they are taken to a System List, where they can select which system within the channel they want to access. They do not need separate accounts for each system.
Oleeo personnel may also have access to a channel that provides entry to all Oleeo systems.
STEPS TO ADD A SYSTEM TO YOUR SYSTEM LIST
A system will only be added to your System List automatically if you personally created it. Otherwise, you need to add it manually to your account.
To do this:

Log in to your channel account using the link that Oleeo has shared with you for your channel.

At the top of the left-hand menu, click your name, then select Manage Systems.

In the Available Values panel, you will see all of the systems in your channel.

Systems you already have access to will be greyed out in this panel and also listed in the Selected Values panel.

To add another system, select it from the Available Values panel.

Click Save at the bottom of the page. You will be taken back to your System List, and the system you selected will now appear in the list.

Double-click on a system in the list to open it.
