We know 100’s of you are accessing our Oleeo Community every week, but we know there must be a whole host of people across all of our customers who are yet to discover it!

📌 Pro Tip: Be a Community Advocate!
🔧 Use case: We release a whole host of regular content including our Tip Tuesdays that provide insight from your Customer Success Team showing ways to improve your Oleeo experience or your candidates journey.
We also share Release Notes every fortnight covering our new features and system changes. Much of this detail is driven by our customers and we love to hear how people are using these feature enhancements, share your thoughts and give feedback.
Encourage Self Service
💡 Save your own time, encourage your colleagues to self serve for the detail they need, we have a huge repository of help and” how to” information in the Community. The Knowledge Base has many help and support articles to get them going. These cover a lot of the common questions that may land back in your mailboxes from Hiring Managers for example.
🔧 Use case: You have a member of the team who does not regularly set up interview slots, our Knowledge Base has a User Guide for just this purpose, step by step guides allow them to build those slots with confidence.

We see the Community as a way to allow you to access detail and guidance 24/7 . We are continuing to add content to this site with an aim that it becomes our place to go for all detail about our product and related features.

Joining the Community is free, to note only Supported Users can access the Case Portal to log queries however.
