WHAT IS TRUSTID?
Oleeo’s integration with TrustID provides a range of identity verification services to streamline your pre-employment checks. It helps you ensure compliance with UK Right to Work and DBS checks, all from within Oleeo Recruit, saving time and manual effort.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
- TrustID provides a seamless integration to verify candidates’ right to work in the UK.
- This can also be combined with a digital DBS check covering any level (Basic, Standard, Enhanced with/without barred lists).
- All checks are conducted digitally, reducing the need for physical documents or in-person meetings and making the process significantly more efficient for most checks.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- When creating a vacancy in Oleeo Recruit, you can set what checks are required for the job role.
- At the relevant stage in the application process, the candidate will start their checks.
- From the application centre, they are transferred to the TrustID platform.
- The candidate provides the required information and documents. They also upload a selfie to confirm their identity. No matter which checks are required, the candidate provides all the information in one go.
- TrustID perform checks and the results of the right to work check appear in the Oleeo Recruit platform.
- If a DBS check is needed, this is initiated now and the results will also appear back in Oleeo Recruit.
CONSIDERATIONS
- TrustID supports UK right to work checks and all levels of DBS checks, allowing you to tailor the screening process to your specific job roles.
- Our integration with TrustID can only provide checks for right to work status in the UK only, and DBS checks for England and Wales only.
