WHAT ARE TABLE LAYOUTS?


A table layout displays question labels as column headings and answer fields in a tabular layout. These can be configured for nearly all kinds of data on the system.

 

WHAT DOES IT DO?


  • The most important layouts are those used by applications, events, vacancies and talent banks.
  • You can customise layouts to add or remove columns as required.
  • You can choose which order your columns are displayed in.
  • Choose which column to sort your list by.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?


  • Select the most appropriate layout for the action you are currently performing.
  • Edit that layout if necessary as required.
  • Export data to Excel or display on your dashboard.
