WHAT IS SEARCH AND MATCH?
Oleeo's Intelligent Search & Match tool is AI driven and shows candidates who match your job criteria as soon as you save your vacancy within Oleeo Recruit. This happens before job posting, meaning that recruiter time and job advertising costs can be saved for a number of your roles.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
This tool is designed specifically to minimise recruiter time and to help you maximise talent bank candidates who are engaged with your brand.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Using the Search & Match tab within a vacancy, you can view matching candidates and adjust the balance and mix of skills to get the right combination. When you see a suitable candidate, you can review their CV, other applications and add them to a selection, to invite them to apply for your role. Candidates can also be selected in bulk and using selections, invited to apply.
CONSIDERATIONS
The search is performed on applications within Talent Pools so comprehensive utilisation of Talent Pools is recommended.
This product can be used on application forms OR CVs, but not both.
