WHAT IS OLEEOQ CANDIDATE SUPPORT CHATBOT?
We are upgrading our candidate support experience. Our new AI candidate Help Centre assistant chatbot is here to ensure your application process is seamless from the first click to the final review.
Why the upgrade? We want to ensure that technical issues never stand between you and a great candidate.
This new tool replaces our old system to provide conversational, human-like assistance for:
- Portal Login & Account Access
- Application Form & Process Navigation
- Submission Reviews
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Key Capabilities:
- Scope: Assists candidates with Account Login, Application Form Navigation, and Application Review/Submission.
- Objective: Reduce technical drop-off and increase successfully submitted applications.
- Platform: Built on Voiceflow.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When a candidate accesses the Help Centre from any of the candidate apply, application or candidate portal pages to look for technical or process assistance, they will now have the option of using the OleeoQ Candidate Support Chatbot to quickly answer their question and resolve their issue.

Once selected the OleeoQ Candidate Support Chatbot will open in a new pop-up modal.

Candidates will need to agree to not add any personal details into the chatbot which has been standard practice for a number of years for both large language model (LLM) and non LLM based chatbots.

Candidates can choose from a list of pre-defined questions that will be based on previous candidate activity to make it really quick and easy for most candidates to immediately find exactly the support they are looking for.

Or they can type in their own questions, and the OleeoQ Candidate Support Chatbot will search through all Oleeo's Candidate Support guidance material to find and then collate the answer in the best, most conversational and easy to digest way. If the chatbot cannot answer a question it will not try to do so but instead provide the candidate with a means of contacting human candidate support.

CONSIDERATIONS
This feature will be added at no extra cost to your organisation.
Though as mentioned, your organisation will need to agree to our General AI Terms, so if you are interested in this feature, it may be a good idea to raise this at the earliest convenience with the relevant department in your organisation, to speed up the sign-off.
Once enabled, the free-of-charge version of the chatbot is available from your Help Centre and is trained to answer generic technical support questions.
Please speak to your Customer Success or Commercial Manager if you would like to discuss extending the chatbot to all Oleeo candidate-facing pages (including your career site) and training it on your organisation's specific needs (e.g., recruitment process, culture, and bespoke FAQs).
