WHAT IS THE MICROSOFT (MS) TEAMS MEETING LINK INTEGRATION?
Oleeo's MS Teams Integration allows users to generate unique MS Teams Links for each interview slot they create either in Bulk or Individually. This saves the user a great deal of administration time.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
- Allows for the quick and easy creation of multiple MS Teams links for virtual interviews, virtual stages of the recruitment process or virtual events.
- Reduces the burden of a typically admin heavy task, especially important when conducting high volume recruitment activities.
- Helps to automate and drive efficiencies.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Users will have a ‘Generate Meeting Links’ button which they can use to automatically generate MS Teams links to each time slot that has been selected.
Two links per interview slot are automatically created, one for the interviewer and one for the candidate. This allows for interviewers to invite candidates from a waiting room, giving you more control over the start of the interview.
The person setting up the links does not have to be the same as the person hosting the call, as long as both are in the same “Teams organisation.”
The first time MS Teams video links are used, you will be asked to login to your MS Teams account and the system will ask for permission from oleeo.com to access certain data from your teams profile. This is similar to any application attempting to access another application and the permission must normally be granted by a Teams Administrator.

- Who are people who are involved in exploiting (maliciously or not) the vulnerability?
