WHAT DOES IT DO?
- Oleeo can help facilitate interview feedback collection across multiple interviewers.
- Each interviewer that has spoken with your candidates will be able to fill in their own feedback form to provide a score and recommendation.
- The recruitment team can then view all of the recommendations in one 'Wash Up' Form' to make the final decision.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Feedback forms can display competencies that are driven from the opportunity allowing each candidate to be interviewed on the relevant criteria for that position.
The scores of each interviewers feedback form is collated and displayed back to the recruiter in a centralised 'Wash Up' form allowing for a smooth process to make the final decision.
CONSIDERATIONS
If a user opens the feedback form, and does not submit and does not close correctly, the form instance is recorded and may cause issues .
