No matter how you capture the interview, once the transcript enters the system, a smart process rule is triggered. Our advanced AI LLM processes the full conversation to generate structured, actionable insights. Oleeo Interview Notes delivers up to four distinct summary variations to meet every need:
- Short Summary: A concise "elevator pitch" of the candidate's conversation.
- Medium Summary: A more detailed overview of key topics discussed and sentiments shared.
- Long Summary: An in-depth analysis detailing specific technical answers and cultural fit insights.
- Q&A Summary: A structured format detailing questions asked by the interviewer and the candidate’s specific responses.

1. Seamless Microsoft Teams Integration
Utilise your standard Microsoft Teams integration alongside Oleeo’s scheduling functionality. The system automatically generates meeting invites that include the LLM AI bot. The bot joins, records the full transcript with speaker attribution, and automatically saves it to the candidate’s application.
2. Multi-Platform Video Compatibility
Not using Teams? No problem. Use your preferred organisational video meeting tool (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc.) to generate unique meeting URLs. Create your schedule within Oleeo and paste the relevant URL into the interview slot. When the interview starts, the LLM AI bot will automatically request to join the meeting to record the transcript.
3. On-the-Fly "Ad-Hoc" Interviews
Sometimes hiring moves fast. Oleeo allows you to create an individual interview for a single applicant on the fly.
Generate a quick link via your MS Teams integration (auto-inviting the AI bot).
Drop in a URL from your preferred video platform so the bot can join.
Coordinate entirely offline, and simply upload the transcript later.

4. In-Person / Face-to-Face Laptop Recording
Conducting a structured, in-person interview? Transform your laptop into a smart recording hub. You can record directly via a video item within an Oleeo form against the candidate's application.
(Pro-tip: We highly recommend using a decent quality USB microphone in the interview room to ensure high audio fidelity). The system securely captures the audio, automatically generates the transcript within Oleeo, and triggers the AI summariser - no secondary software required.
5. Uploading Transcripts From Anywhere
Ultimate flexibility means playing nicely with your existing tools. Set up a time and date with your applicant however you prefer, and use your own meeting or third-party transcription service to generate a text file. Simply paste or upload that transcript directly into the Oleeo system. Once uploaded, the process rule runs, and the AI summaries are generated and attached to the application just like a native recording.
