WHAT DOES IT DO?

• Automates record creation: Candidate details and uploaded CVs pass directly into Oleeo Recruit, automatically creating new profiles and applications without manual effort.

• Boosts job board visibility: Automatically shares application status milestones back to Indeed, helping your organisation earn "responsive employer" badges on job listings to attract more talent.

• Expands candidate reach: Captures active on-the-go applicants who prefer applying via mobile devices or directly within job platforms.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

For the recruiter:

1. Post the position to an external job board when creating a vacancy in Oleeo Recruit.

2. Oleeo Recruit automatically syncs vacancy details over to Indeed.

3. When someone submits an application on Indeed, Oleeo Recruit creates the candidate record, attaches their CV, and triggers a welcome email containing candidate portal access for future recruitment stages.

4. As applicants progress through selection stages, Oleeo Recruit syncs status updates back to Indeed in the background.

For the candidate:

1. The candidate finds your vacancy on Indeed and clicks Apply Now.

2. An Indeed-optimised version of your application form opens directly on the Indeed site or app. The candidate fills in their details, attaches their CV if required, and submits in moments.

3. The candidate receives an automated confirmation email with portal login details to complete further assessments or checks later in your recruitment process.

CONSIDERATIONS 

• Optimised forms: Because third-party platforms can’t render every form element (such as intricate conditional display rules or long lookups), an Indeed-optimised application form is created in Oleeo Recruit to keep the initial application light and high-converting.

• Automated candidate onboarding emails: Candidates who apply via Indeed receive an automated email providing their Oleeo Recruit candidate portal credentials. The template wording should be reviewed and tailored up front to clearly guide applicants on any next steps required.

• Disposition Data statuses: To highlight your organisation as a responsive employer on Indeed, you will need to determine which application statuses in Oleeo Recruit (such as shortlist, interview, or rejection) map back to Indeed to trigger progress updates.

• Tailored source reporting: Consider the depth of sourcing analytics your team requires. Oleeo Recruit can track applications coming via Indeed Apply as well as granular detail on specific Indeed products used to source the applicant (e.g. Indeed Autosourcer).

• Data privacy made simple: Candidates can manage their consent options for sharing disposition data directly within their application form, keeping data sharing transparent and compliant.
