HOW DOES IT WORK?

With this integration from Oleeo, you can automate basic disclosure checks which searches the Police National Computer (PNC) to check for any unspent convictions on an applicant’s criminal history. Oleeo’s specialist team will ensure form verification is coded into your system to ensure you receive application information in the way DBS is expecting it, with in-line and on-page verification to instantly flag to candidates if they are falling foul of DBS requirements. Once the information is in correctly and the recruiter completes a form, the information will be automatically sent for DBS approval. With workflows programmed in to respond to status fails/errors if they arise and possible alerts instantly sent to recruiters when a candidate is cleared to be advanced onto the next stages of the recruitment journey.
