WHAT IS CV/RESUME PARSING?
The CV/Resume parsing solution allows candidates to submit their details in a quick and easy way. The parsing technology takes all information from a candidates CV/resume and puts it straight into their application form.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
- A quicker and easier experience for candidates; as they can use their CV to complete their online application rather than having to re-key all their information.
- Saves recruiters time by providing information in a standardised format, allowing them to organise applications with relevant skills and eliminating those without.
- Candidates who have had a positive experience are more likely to refer others in the future or apply again.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- The candidates will be presented with an option to apply using their CV or they can enter their details manually.
- The application form fields will automatically populate with information pulled directly from the CV / Resume.
- The candidate will be required to review their application and have an opportunity to correct any errors or complete any fields still required within the application form.
CONSIDERATIONS
Candidates will need to proofread the content that has automatically populated to ensure it is correct.
