WHAT IS BULK CV/RESUME UPLOAD?
Bulk CV/Resume Upload simplifies candidate management by allowing you to easily upload multiple CV or resume directly to a vacancy or Talent Bank in Oleeo Recruit. The tool then intelligently extracts key details from each CV, automatically creating applications with the relevant candidate data.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
- Bulk CV/Resume Upload allows users to easily add many candidates to a vacancy or Talent Bank, simply by uploading their CV or resume.
- Oleeo Recruit’s parsing tool will extract the relevant data from the document and create the application with this information pre-populated.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- From the vacancy or Talent Bank screen, click the “Add Candidate” button and choose the “Bulk Upload” tab.
- Drag and drop or manually upload the CV or resume documents, then click “Upload CVs”.
- The documents will be processed, the candidate details extracted and applications will be created on that vacancy based on those details.
- Once finished, there’ll be a summary, showing the number of successful, failed and duplicate outcomes. If the upload fails or the candidate is a duplicate, a new application will not be created.
CONSIDERATIONS
- The candidate’s first name, last name and email address will be extracted.
- At the moment, only applications for vacancies and Talent Banks can be created in bulk.
