OleeoQ uses Input provided by the Client and Users and/or Oleeo to enable a Chatbot to respond to the Candidates' and/or Users' queries about the Client and/or Client’s application process using AI models of both Oleeo and AI Providers.

Oleeo extracts Candidate skills from Input provided by the Client and Candidates to generate Output using AI models of both Oleeo and AI Providers.

Oleeo Vacancy IQ
AI Functionality
Oleeo uses debiased job vacancy content, job descriptions, social media messages and job vacancy application and interview questions from Input provided by the Client and Users to assist Client in creating job vacancy advertisements to recruit Candidates to work for the Client’s organisation using AI models of both Oleeo and AI Providers.

means all data provided by Client and Users. No personal data is included.
Client/User Input
Client inputs a historical bank of jobs. Registered user inputs some initial job details e.g. title, grade, brief description, request to make it more senior etc.
Oleeo Input
Oleeo debias of Client Input and historical bank of jobs and more generally providing prompts to generate good practice job descriptions, social media ads, person specs, selection questions etc
Output
Creation of job and campaign recommendations.
Use of Input
The AI Functionality is tuned and trained using the Content for the Client only to improve the prompts and underlying Client repository of jobs. Oleeo receives statistics on how the jobs actually used by Clients do.

AI Functionality
Oleeo uses Candidate responses to Client’s competency questions from Input provided by Candidates and the Client to create competency scoring Output to assist the Client in determining the skills of a Candidate using AI models of both Oleeo and AI Providers.

Candidate responses and Client data: i.e. which grade and which competency

Output
A suggested score and underlining of a Candidate's skills for the job.
Use of Input
Oleeo may retrain the AI model using customer data - either historic or recruiter accepts or rejection of our score in order to improve the AI functionality and ensure is more accurate for the Client. In particular where a Customer also wants Oleeo to produce a validation study.
Oleeo Interview Notes
AI Functionality
Oleeo transcribes a Candidate interview audio file to a text file using a transcription LLM algorithm that provides a summary using the AI models of both Oleeo and AI Providers.

means all data (including personal data) provided by Client and Users.
Client/User Input
The Client interview audio file or text file.
Oleeo Input
Prompts that have been validated to give a good summary of the audio file.
Output
A transcription, summary and a recommendation as to whether the Client's job criteria were met.
Use of Input
Transcriptions, summaries and improvements made to the interview summaries by Clients are used to improve AI Functionality and ensure is more accurate for the Client.
Oleeo AI Candidate Screening
AI Functionality
Oleeo analyses resumes (CVs)/Application forms/Personal statements, of Candidates, against a job description provided by the Client, to generate a "fit" score for each Candidate to assist the Client to shortlist Candidates.

Client job description. Candidate CVs/ applications forms/personal statements.
Oleeo Input
Provides prompts to get the most accurate screening for the job description.
Output
Screens Candidates and suggests a score for the Candidate's "fit" for the job based upon the job criteria and providing a summary of the basis for the suggested score. The Client can accept/reject the recommendation.
Use of Input
The tool uses a large language model to propose and apply screening and scoring criteria, summarising each document and providing a fit score with supporting evidence, to assist the Client with shortlisting. Oleeo uses Client's corrections to improve the AI Functionality and ensure is more accurate for the Client.
Oleeo Search & Match
AI Functionality
Oleeo extracts Candidate skills from Candidate resumes matching them to skills provided by the Client for a particular role to generate a suggested ranking of suitable Candidates for the role.
