What is Indeed Apply?
Indeed Apply, once activated in your system, is an integration between Oleeo and Indeed that enables:
- Vacancy information to be pulled from Oleeo and posted to Indeed.
- Candidates to apply to the vacancy without having to leave Indeed.
- Candidate details submitted via Indeed to be pulled back into Oleeo to create a candidate profile and application.
- Updates on the candidate’s progress through the application process to be passed back to Indeed.
Standard functionality
The integration works off an XML feed from the recruiter’s Oleeo job board. This means that once the integration is enabled - it will run automatically every time you create and post a vacancy to your job external board.
HOW INDEED APPLY WORKS
Indeed Apply is an integration between Oleeo and Indeed Jobs that enables:
Vacancy information to be pulled from a job board and posted to Indeed
Once the integration is live, Indeed scrapes the job board’s XML feed every 30 minutes and automatically posts whatever is new. Therefore, all external jobs will be posted to Indeed. You will be able to review, screen and manage applicants that applied via Indeed from your system as normal, and view source reports showing how many candidates came via Indeed Apply.
Candidates to apply to the vacancy without having to leave Indeed
Once their application is submitted, they will receive a confirmation email from Indeed AND and from Oleeo.
Candidate details submitted via Indeed are pulled back into Oleeo to create a candidate profile and application, that can then progress along a normal application flow
Once a candidate has submitted the form on Indeed - the candidate profile is created. Then, an email prompting the candidate to log in to their Oleeo application centre and take any further action, is sent by the system.
Updates on the candidate’s progress through the application process to be passed back to Indeed.
With a candidate’s consent, we can send Indeed data as the candidate moves through the application process. This data helps Indeed to provide better matched candidates in future. Sending data frequently enough will unlock a frequent responder badge on your Indeed job adverts. This highlights to potential applicants that you’re an engaged and active employer.
