Service Host
The AI Assistant is provided by the job advertiser’s third party provider, Oleeo Limited, located in the United Kingdom, (“us”).
The AI Assistant processes questions that you enter into the AI Assistant, (“Input “) to generate responses (“Output”) using our AI model and AI models of our third party AI providers, listed at the end of these Terms of Use, (“AI Providers”).
You acknowledge, and agree, to the use of Input by us and our AI Providers within the AI Assistant to create Output.
Restrictions
You are not permitted to use the AI Assistant:
To generate content that is prohibited under any applicable laws.
To generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive, facilitates illegal activity, depicts sexually explicit images, or promotes unlawful violence, discrimination based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, or is otherwise illegal.
In a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates our rights or the rights of any third party.
Input
Input should not include your personal data, but if you choose to include personal data in Input, you consent to us, and our AI Providers, being permitted to transfer Input to countries where our AI Providers operate, store, and process Input.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses and consents required to permit use of Input within the AI Assistant. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Input provided complies with all applicable laws.
You grant: (i) us; and (ii) our AI Providers; a non-exclusive right to Use Input for the purpose of generating Output via the AI Assistant for you.
Output
You understand and acknowledge that all Output generated by the AI Assistant is solely and automatically generated by artificial intelligence without any human intervention. If you do not wish to have Output generated solely by artificial intelligence with no human review or interaction you must not use the AI Assistant.
Content
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to any Input or Output, (together “Content”), including without limitation, the accuracy, availability, suitability, reliability, or content of the Input or Output. You are solely responsible for all Content, including compliance with applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
We have no liability whatsoever or responsibility: (i) resulting from use of, or reliance upon Content by you; or (ii) for any errors or omissions contained in the Content.
You must check and evaluate the accuracy of any Content before using or relying upon it. You must not rely on us to do this. You acknowledge and agree that we have no control over any use of the Content by you. Any use of Content is at your own risk.
No Warranty
We do not guarantee or warrant any features or qualities of the AI Assistant. No such warranty or undertaking shall be implied by you from any description of the AI Assistant or any other communication. In particular, we do not warrant that the AI Assistant will be available uninterrupted, error free or permanently available.
Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we have no liability to you or any third party whatsoever for any damages, (including special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, loss of good will or business profits, work stoppage, data loss, computer failure or malfunction, any and all other commercial damages or loss, or exemplary or punitive damages) arising in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the AI Assistant; (ii) our provision of, or failure to provide, the AI Assistant; (iii) any defect in the AI Assistant; or (iv) reliance upon, or use of, any Content.
We and our AI Providers have no liability to you or a third party whatsoever in relation to any claim or suit relating to Input you provide, or your use or your reliance upon Output. You shall, at your own expense, defend or, at your option, settle any claim or suit made against us or our AI Providers by a third party on the basis of infringement of their intellectual property rights, confidentiality or other rights in Input or Output.
AI Providers
AI Provider — Personal Data Processed
Voiceflow — The only personal data collected by us in connection with use of the AI Assistant is your IP address when you interact with the assistant. Your IP address is hashed during processing. Users are explicitly requested, before using the AI Assistant, not to include any personal data in their prompts or interactions.

By using the AI Assistant you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.
