We are thrilled to officially announce the rollout of our brand-new AI Assistant feature! Over the past few weeks, we’ve been running an early-access testing phase with several key partners, including Police Scotland, Wales Police, Nottinghamshire County Council and BCH.
The verdict? It's transforming the way our users work.
And even better, the standard feature is offered at no extra cost to you!

A Massive Time Saver: Users are finding what they need faster than ever. The team at BCH shared that the AI Assistant has significantly cut down the time spent searching for self-configuration steps, with the process getting quicker every single time they use it.
Replacing the Manuals: The ultimate compliment came from the team at Police Scotland, who told us: "We don't even use the guides anymore for self-config, we just use the AI Assistant!" *
Visual & Intuitive: Learning new tasks is easier when you can see exactly what to do. Testers are loving the inclusion of screenshots to help visually guide them through answers. Additionally, Wales Police highlighted just how useful the Assistant's "pop-out" interface is for seamless multitasking.
Tailored to Your Needs: We’re actively using early feedback to make the Assistant even better. Testers let us know they prefer quicker, punchier answers - so we are already fine-tuning the AI to deliver highly concise, straight-to-the-point guidance.
Rapidly Expanding: The value is so clear that forces are already expanding their testing. Wales Police has successfully integrated HR profiles into the mix, and Police Scotland considers the feature such a "no-brainer" for regular use that they are rolling it out to even more user types over the coming weeks.

However, you may want to add your own process related content to the feature. This will make it super easy for your recruiters to not just learn how Oleeo works, but to understand how your organisation would like them to use it.
