HOW DOES IT WORK?

Diversity: Pipeline

The Diversity: Pipeline dashboard shows a Recruitment Funnel report, providing useful information regarding how candidates flow through the various application stages and giving good visual representation to the business of how many candidates are successful vs unsuccessful at each stage.

Diversity: Pipeline adds a diversity breakdown to this funnel to allow the business to get an understanding of how successful/unsuccessful certain diversity groups are at each stage of the recruitment process.

Diversity: Trends

The Diversity: Trends dashboard is comprised of two line graphs. The first shows a Quarterly trend and the second shows a Yearly trend. Hovering your mouse over graph elements will show additional information about that particular Quarter/Year

CONSIDERATIONS 

Any new statuses added to the application process will need to also be added to the Insights diversity reporting configuration.
