COURSE OVERVIEW  

There are 3 levels of Self-Configuration training - the levels get progressively more advanced.

Self-Configuration Level 3 is the final and most advanced level. It focuses on changes to application and opportunity process flows.

This course is delivered online using Microsoft Teams.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?  

Oleeo system administrators who are proficient in Self-Configuration Level 1 and Level 2.

If you are not sure of your level of proficiency, you can take our assessments.

Delegates must be able to access Microsoft Teams.

By the end of this session delegates will be able to:  

• Create new process flows
• Add new statuses, emails and forms to process flows
• Add new Decision Actions to process flows and adjust existing Decision Actions
• Add new Autoscores to process flows and adjust existing Autoscores

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

We use our Learning Management System to provide delegates with pre-course material, post-session exercises and a multiple-choice assessment.

All exercises are reviewed by the trainer and feedback is given. Once a delegate has successfully completed the exercises, they will be given the opportunity to complete the online multiple-choice assessment. Delegates will be presented with a certificate once they have successfully completed the assessment. 

The exercises and assessment must be completed within 2 weeks of the last live training session.

All delegates who are unsuccessful with the assessment will be given further support and the opportunity to take a resit.
