COURSE OVERVIEW  

Ready to go beyond the basics? This Level 2 course focuses on the settings and logic that make the system more efficient for your users. We move away from simple form creation and look at how to control what people see and do within Oleeo.

Over four 90-minute sessions, we’ll show you how to build smarter forms and customize the system interface. We use illustrative examples to teach you the technical "how-to," focusing on the most common advanced requests we hear from customers.

What we’ll cover:

• Smart Forms: Use Visibility Rules to show or hide fields based on what a user selects, and Map Configuration to link dropdown lists together.

• Merging Data: Use Datapaths to automatically pull specific information into emails, forms, and status messages.

• Managing Access: Learn how to create or change User Profiles to control exactly what your recruiters and managers can see and do.

• Customising the View: Create Table Layouts and design default Homepages so your team has the right information in front of them as soon as they log in.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

We provide a clear path to certification via our Learning Management System (LMS):

• Pre-course Material: Context to get you ready for the live sessions.

• Practical Exercises: Post-session tasks with direct feedback from your trainer.

• Final Assessment: A multiple-choice quiz to confirm your skills.

• Certification: A formal Level 2 certificate is awarded upon successful completion.

Note: Exercises and assessments must be completed within 2 weeks of the final session.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

This course is for Oleeo System Administrators who already know how to navigate the system and manage basic forms (Level 1) and now need to manage form logic, user profiles and custom views.
