COURSE OVERVIEW

Build a strong foundation in Oleeo system management. This Level 1 course is the first step in our three-tier Self-Configuration track, designed to give you the skills and confidence to manage the core elements of your Oleeo environment independently.

Delivered over four consecutive days, this intensive program focuses on the most common system changes our customers need to make. We use a dedicated Oleeo "Best Practice" system to demonstrate techniques—like adding fields or updating templates—using clear, illustrative examples that help you master the "how-to" before applying them to your own live processes.

What we’ll cover:

• Form Architecture: Create new forms, sections, and pages; add instructions (Labels) and multi-instance sections.

• Field Mastery: Create new fields (Items), adjust settings, and manage dropdown (Lookup) lists.

• Communication Suite: Update and create new email templates for ad-hoc use, including placeholder management.

• System Personalisation: Update Application Centre status messages and learn how to change text anywhere on the system.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

We provide a comprehensive learning path beyond the live sessions via our Learning Management System (LMS):

• Pre-course Material: Get prepared before the first session.

• Practical Exercises: Complete post-session tasks with personalised trainer feedback.

• Final Assessment: A multiple-choice exam to validate your skills.

• Certification: A formal certificate is awarded upon successful completion.

Note: Exercises and assessments must be completed within 2 weeks of the final session. Resit support is provided if required.
