 COURSE OVERVIEW 

As a recruiter, you will discover that there is a wide range of tools available to you. We recommend that all recruiters get training from Oleeo to ensure that they get the most out of the system.

This training will cover the main tools that are available to recruiters.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR? 

Recruiters who are new to the system, would like refresher training or would like to make sure they are getting the most out of the system / using it in the most efficient way.

Delegates must be able to access Microsoft Teams.

By the end of this session delegates will be able to:  

• Navigate the system efficiently
• Search for applications
• Create and post opportunities
• Create Opportunity Templates
• Move applications through the application process flow
• Be able to use all the tools that are available for managing applications individually
• Be able to use all the tools that are available for managing applications in bulk
• Customise their list view layout
• Create and save advanced searches
• Create Statistics reports 
• Customise their dashboard

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

A multiple-choice assessment is provided using our Learning Management System.

Delegates will be presented with a certificate once they have successfully completed the assessment. 

All delegates who are unsuccessful with the assessment will be given further support and the opportunity to take a resit.
