 COURSE OVERVIEW 

Your system collects lots of useful data and Oleeo provides a comprehensive suite of tools that allows you to access, analyse and present the data.

This course covers the full range of reporting tools that are available in Oleeo.

The course is delivered online using Microsoft Teams.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR? 

Anyone who is tasked with producing reports from the Oleeo system.

Delegates must be able to access Microsoft Teams.

By the end of this session delegates will be able to:  

• Create advanced searches to find populations of applications and opportunities
• Create private table layouts of data and export the data into a spreadsheet
• Create Pivot Table style reports in the system
• Use Report Hub to present reports in the system using a range of graphs
• Use Report Hub to create an engaging reports dashboard and schedule it to be sent to recipients on a regular basis
• Add reports to their Oleeo Homepage
• Learn about how other organisations use Oleeo's reporting tools

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

A multiple-choice assessment is provided using our Learning Management System.

Delegates will be presented with a certificate once they have successfully completed the assessment. 

All delegates who are unsuccessful with the assessment will be given further support and the opportunity to take a resit.
